This Privacy Policy explains how CompMom ("CompMom", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the CompMom mobile and web application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

Information we collect

• Information you provide. Content you enter into the App — such as dancer profiles, competition details, costume and packing lists, and messages you post in the group chat.
• Purchase information. When you subscribe, your purchase is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not see or store your full payment card details. We receive a record of your subscription status to unlock access.
• Device and usage information. Basic technical data such as device type, app version, and anonymous identifiers used to operate the App and manage your subscription.

How we use your information

• To provide and operate the App's features.
• To manage your subscription and unlock paid access.
• To enable the group chat between members.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the App.
• To respond to your support requests.

Subscriptions and payments

CompMom offers auto-renewing subscriptions. Purchases and renewals are handled by the app store you use (Apple or Google). We use RevenueCat to manage and verify subscription entitlements. Payment is charged to your app store account, and your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your app store account settings.

Third-party services

We share limited information with trusted providers solely to operate the App:

• Apple / Google — process payments and manage subscriptions.
• RevenueCat — manages and verifies subscription status. See their Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. You may request deletion of your data at any time using the contact details below, and we will delete it unless we are required to retain it by law.

Children's privacy

CompMom is intended for parents and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will remove it.

Your rights

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
